Patrick J. Sullivan, Esquire

Patrick is proud to serve our community’s legal needs and does so with passion.  His father, retired Lt. Commander William J. Sullivan, moved the family to Virginia Beach in 1984.  He graduated from Cox High School in 1995 and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College in 1999.

He attended Barry  University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he later became a Public Defender.  Upon returning to Virginia Beach in 2007, Patrick expanded his practice to the areas of Family Law and Civil litigation, while continuing to succeed in the areas of Criminal and Traffic defense.  He enjoys being in the courtroom and has experience at all levels of court. He is a court appointed attorney in the city of Virginia Beach and a proud member of the Virginia Beach and Virginia State Bars.

Kathy Jacobs, Client Services Coordinator

Kathy graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Social Work and worked as a Caseworker for James City County Public Schools.   She then worked on her graduate degree at Old Dominion University and received her teaching certification.  She worked as a Special education teacher with Newport News Public Schools where she taught Collaborative Kindergarten.

Kathy has been with Wilson Law since September of 2011.  She is the Client Services Coordinator and schedules most of our client appointments.  She enjoys talking to our clients and getting to know them.

Kathy is married to her husband, Kevin and has three children, Joshua, Shelby, and Samantha.  She loves animals and has three dogs, three cats, two horses’, chickens, and a bunny.  Kathy enjoys riding horses, reading, being outside, and hiking.

John Accardi, Funding Coordinator, and Trust/Probate Administration Paralegal

John Accardi is our Funding Coordinator and Trust/ Probate Administration Paralegal. He moved to the Williamsburg area in 2016 when he assisted moving his retired parents to the area.

John is a graduate with his J.D. from UCLA, Bachelors in Philosophy from Wake Forest University, and was admitted by the California bar in 1998. John previously worked in the areas of Estate Planning, immigration and bankruptcy law in Los Angeles, California.

When not working or caring for his parents, he enjoys running and being outdoors.

Hannah Huici, Marketing Coordinator/Paralegal

Hannah is our Marketing Coordinator and one of our Paralegals. She graduated from Thomas Nelson with her Associates in Paralegal Studies and Certification in Legal Assistance.  She moved with her family into the area from Mechanicsville, Maryland in order to be closer to her parents and siblings.

She was raised an Army Brat and has moved all around the east coast and southern states. She currently calls West Point, Virginia home along with her husband and three young children. Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a yoga enthusiast.

Meridian Gillespie/Paralegal

Meridian is on our Paralegal Team. She graduated from Bridgewater College in 2023 with her B.S. Degree in Physics.

She was raised a Navy brat and grew up bouncing between the East and West coasts.

When not working, she enjoys spending time in museums, caring for her plants, and reading historical novels.
